RAID Repair from $60

$60 RAID Repair

Let us fix the drives in your RAID array and save you thousands over traditional data recovery!
It’s easy as 1-2-3!

How It Works

First, you submit a service on our website. You will NOT need to pay anything before service.

Under Media Type, select “RAID Array”. Under RAID Type, select your configuration. Under Failure, select “RAID Repair”. Fill in as much additional information as you can. You will then be prompted to log in or create an account.

You will receive directions on how to pack your RAID array for shipping. Be sure to label each drive as you remove them from the enclosure so you can rebuild your array when you receive the drives back.

We will let you know when we receive them. We will then perform diagnostics; this takes 1-2 business days. If you qualify, we will proceed with the repair at a cost of $60 per drive needing repair. (Drives which do not require repair will not add to the cost.) If any drives in your array have more severe issues, we will contact you with other options, or you can elect to have the array returned to you with no cost for the diagnostics.

We will repair or replace any covered components. (See FAQ to see what is included.) This can take up to ten business days. We will email you to confirm the repair has taken place.

Your drives will be shipped back to you, and you can then rebuild your RAID array

FAQ

What is included in the $60 repair service?

For $60 per hard drive, we will repair or replace a faulty PCB, firmware, and/or USB interface. We will also remove any malware and viruses present. This service does not include fixes for mechanical issues or other cases where full data recovery is needed, such as logical failures. If any of these errors are present, we will offer to fix them if possible, but the cost will be higher. This service does not include a rebuild of your array. NOTE: Drives within your array which do not require repairs will not add to your cost.

What if my array is not eligible for the $60 repair service?

If a drive in your array has further damage, it may require a more advanced repair service or full data recovery. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know how much those services would cost. You may then either accept or have your RAID array sent back to you. You will not be responsible for any $60 fee.

Who is Outsource Data Recovery?

We are an innovative data recovery company that wants to help you get your data back. We have decades of combined experience in data recovery, and are committed to making the process as easy and pleasant as possible.

What results can I expect?

Every case is different, but we are able to fix most drives we receive to a functional state. Some drives have errors that cannot be fixed. If this is the case, you will not be responsible for the $60 fee. Check out our reviews to see what past customers have to say.

How long does the repair service take?

Diagnostics take 1-2 business days to determine eligibility. The repair service may then take up to an additional 10 business days per drive being repaired. An emergency 24-hour option is available upon request for an additional cost.

Will you look at my data?

No. Our equipment used for this service blocks our technicians from any data access. The only tool available is LBA access check to ensure you can get to your data. By servicing Client media, Outsource enters in a full non-disclosure agreement with its Client.

Is the repair service available at all locations?

The Repair Service is only offered at our main lab in the United States. Our European lab in Germany only offers data recovery services.
