How It Works
First, you submit a service on our website. You will NOT need to pay anything before service.
Under Media Type, select “Hard Disk Drive (HDD)”. Then, fill in as much additional information as you can about the drive. Go to the next page where you will then be prompted to log in or create an account.

We will let you know when we receive the drive. We will then perform diagnostics; this takes 1-2 business days. Most drives we receive are able to be fixed with our $60 Hard Drive Repair Service. If yours qualifies, we will proceed with the repair. If your drive has more severe issues, we will contact you with other options, or you can elect to have the drive returned to you with no cost for the diagnostics.
[one_third_last][teaser img=/images/step_3_image.jpg]We will repair or replace any covered components. (See FAQ to see what is included.) This can take up to ten business days. When we are done, we will perform a test to ensure the data is accessible. We will email you to confirm the repair has taken place.
Your drive will be shipped back to you, and you can then extract the data yourself onto another storage device. Or, we can perform the extraction for you for an additional cost.
